A great night at the Prize Presentation
Thank you to everyone that attended Saturday's climax to a great season of golf at Hallowes. Almost 80 guests turned out on a winter's night to congratulate the many successful players.
Cheryl Chambers and her team produced and served a fine menu for everyone's enjoyment. Your Captain reviewed the golfing performance of Hallowes and gave a toast to Bill May, Rachel Village and Bernard Meldrum all great golfers in their time who thoroughly enjoyed these occasions. Jacqui Lomas did an excellent job of organizing the whole night and gave a review of this year's golf in the Ladies Section.
The evening was brought to a hilarious conclusion by the brilliant Yorkshire comedian, Mike Farrell. He created a brilliant atmosphere that was carried over into the bar as members stayed to celebrate.
