TrackMan arrives at Hallowes GC
TrackMan 4 is the most powerful and accurate golf Launch Monitor ever built. The outcome is Dual Radar Technology - a radical transformation in the way radar technology is applied in golf today. Using two radar systems instead of one, the data quality and increased pick up rates track your golf ball so you can gather accurate data.

|
What does TrackMan measure?
TrackMan measures both club head and golf ball data to give the most accurate shot analysis, this provides factual information to make measurable improvements in your game.
|
TrackMan is a brilliant tool to use in any coaching session irrespective of what level you currently play at. Basing decisions on factual information helps to identify any problem areas faster and helps us to get to the solution quicker.

Easter Holiday Golf Camps
Further details about the Junior Holiday Camps are as follows:
Dates - Wednesday, 24 April
Time - 10:00am until 3:00pm. (Arrive 9.45am)
Cost - £25 per session - please book in the Pro Shop (you can pay then or pay on the day)
Food - There will be a short lunch break. Your child can bring their own packed lunch or order something from the kitchen on the day (chicken nuggets, burger, fish fingers, chip butty etc). The cost of this will be £3 - £4.
Golf clubs are not needed as the club has some junior clubs that can be borrowed, your child will need to bring a hat, sun cream (hopefully), medication (if they need it) and they will need to dress appropriately for the weather. It can be very cold on the practice area and it is better to have layers that can be removed, rather than getting cold. They also need to bring a cold drink with them.
The camps are suitable for children from 8 - 16 and there are at least three golf professionals leading the sessions, which are all about fun, as well as learning to enjoy the game of golf. Hallowes and Moorview are looking forward to welcoming your child/grandchild on the days.
Please book in the Pro Shop or click here to get in touch for more details.

A driver is a powerful beast, sometimes too powerful if a hole has a hazard within range. In this scenario, you have a plethero of options to choose from, but there is one that is often overlooked. |
Picture the scene You're stood on a par-4 tee box and there’s a water hazard 240 yards away. What do you do? Many of you will reach for your longest iron on auto-pilot, however a custom-fitted fairway wood might just be the perfect solution; getting you further down the hole and closer to the green. | |
|
Why is this often overlooked? A lot of golfers don't have confidence in hitting their fairway wood because, quite simply, they don't use it enough. But with technology to help you hit them better - such as a Tungsten weight in PING's G410 fairway wood that increases forgiveness - it's time you gave them another go. |
Custom fitting is key We're delighted to see so many of you come to us for a custom fit when you're after a new driver or set of irons, but why does it stop there? A custom fitting is so important in ensuring you get the most from any new purchase, whether that's a driver, fairway wood or putter. |
