Members' Notice
Due to the wet weather we have had over the weekend and the effect it is having on the golf course, members are encouraged to carry during adverse conditions.
Please try and carry wherever possible at this time of year.
Outstanding Subs
Having passed the end of January, all members are reminded of the need to have paid their subs or made arrangements with the office to do so in accordance with the articles. If you have not already done so, please make contact with the office as a matter of urgency. Thank you to the members that have already paid.

Knockout Competitions
Entries for all 2017 Club Knockout Competitions are now being taken. Please enter your name on the entry sheets on the competition noticeboard and pay your £2.50 per person entry fee in the pro shop. The closing date for entries is Monday, 3 April.
Competition Entry Rules and Responsibilities
The following rules are intended to avoid dispute between players and ensure the smooth running of the competitions. Please comply and avoid disqualification:
Failure to pay the entry fee by the required date will result in automatic disqualification.
There will not be any telephone reminders after the closing date.
All competitors must record a contact telephone number and email address against their name on the entry sheet.
It is the responsibility of all competitors to contact the opposing party to arrange a match date prior to the end of each round noted.
Please plan your games well in advance ensuring you take account of holiday arrangements etc.
Please play as early as possible in the competition calendar.
Failure to complete any matches by the due date will result in disqualification of both parties.
No extensions will be permitted unless closing dates are altered as a result of course closure.
Tip of the Week - Keep the game moving (Pace of Play)
Be ready when it's your turn to play. Start assessing your approach shot as you are walking to the ball, then have your distance measured, club selected, glove on and shot planned out while others are playing, rather than starting the whole process after they have played.
Don't practice your faults!
There is no substitute for good proven basics, let your Professionals improve your game this winter. It may just require a ''Quick Fix'' or perhaps a more long term structured approach.
