Towel Drill
For those of you who are struggling with your golf game or if you would just like to sharpen up your pitching or long game technique. Here's a fantastic drill I've used in my lessons and my own practice sessions over the years.
The idea is to trap a towel between the upper arms and the chest and keep it there while you make a mini-swing. One very important point to make - Do not make a full swing with the towel in this position, just make a mini-swing as shown in the images and try to land the ball no further than 50 yards.

Saturday Morning Junior Golf Coaching Roll-ups
Our next session will be this Saturday, 30 July. These sessions are the perfect way to introduce children to the game of golf. Full details are as follows:
Venue - Hallowes Golf Club practice ground
Date - Saturday, 30 July
Time - Arrive 9.15am for a 9.30am - 10.30am start
Price - £5 per child

Hallowes Junior Members' Coaching
This Sunday, 31 July at 10.30am there will be a coaching session for Hallowes' junior members who have a handicap of 20 and above, this also includes junior members who have not yet got a handicap. All juniors who fall into this category are very welcome to attend and please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts. Full details are as follows:
